EXTRA: From Experiment to sustainable change
We are proud to be associated with the national research consortium EXTRA: From EXperiment to sustainable change – TRAnsformative methodologies for Innovation and learning. This project focuses on strengthening physical and experimental learning and innovation environments—also known as living labs.
Within EXTRA, we are conducting action research into new business models for living labs. The goal? To overcome the so-called ‘pilot paradox’: while much is learned and innovated within living labs, there is often difficulty translating this into sustainable, systemic change. Through our contribution, we help develop innovative insights, tools, and human capabilities, enabling change-makers to create collective impact and achieve sustainable change.
