Over de Hobbel co-facilitated a session spanning several days with a group from the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA). Participants included officials from 15 cities, decarbonization experts, and private sector frontrunners, all united in the belief that cities can and should take a leading role in the transformation towards a climate-positive built environment.
During the sessions, we worked on discovering new opportunities in the decarbonization of the building value chain, with a focus on local policy choices, innovative practices, and collaboration. The discussions combined visionary ambition with practical applicability, bringing together themes from policy shifts to concrete actions in a learning and collaborative context.
Our guidance focused on facilitating dialogue, knowledge exchange, and joint strategy development, using creativity and leadership to translate ideas directly into action. The sessions demonstrated how collaboration between cities, experts, and the business community accelerates innovation and creates impact.
