Many complex transition challenges can only be solved by bringing together the knowledge and experience of various stakeholders. We guide learning networks, communities of practice, workshops, and meetings so that participants can jointly develop new insights and discover concrete solutions. Using a broad palette of methods, we design and facilitate sessions that strengthen collaboration, reflection, and systems thinking.
Our approach makes learning, collaboration, and innovation concrete and applicable, so that networks and teams are sustainably strengthened in their ability to effectively shape change.
Furthermore, we are experienced designers and facilitators of workshops. For this, we use various methods such as The Art of Hosting, Theory-U, and Biomimicry, and we have experience with a wide diversity of working formats. Our workshops usually end with more energy than they started with! In addition, Over de Hobbel is also a place—a food garden, herb-rich area, and food forest—where visitors can experience how living with nature, natural processes, and collaboration in ecosystems can inspire personal growth én societal transitions. Here, we look at how natural principles such as pioneering, succession, collaboration, and resilience can help address issues related to cooperation, leadership, and system change.
