Circular Regional Deal Northern Netherlands
The Circular Trust Building Interreg project focuses on strengthening trust and collaboration between public and private parties to accelerate circular ambitions in the region. The project aims to develop joint strategies and concrete actions that support the transition to a circular economy in Northern Netherlands.
Within this project, I design and facilitate the backcasting sessions, a methodology in which participants reason backwards from a desired future to the steps needed to realize that future. These sessions guide stakeholders from various sectors – from municipalities and provinces to companies and knowledge institutions – in setting up a 15% less material use Regional Deal in the Northern Netherlands.
